Practice-Level Onboarding |
Apps used by an entire practice or organization |
- Practice added as a group, with users linked under one unit - Basic practice info required (e.g., name, contact info) - Designated Champion can manage users- Easy to add/remove users over time |
Use when onboarding a new practice with multiple users |
|
Individual User Onboarding |
Solo users or quick, self-service scenarios |
- No setup required —users install via a link- Users appear individually (not grouped by practice) - No practice-level management - Lightweight, fast onboarding option |
Use when inviting individual users rather than full practices |
Tips for Success
- Not sure which method to use? Think about your app’s structure. If collaboration or user management is important, go with Practice-level onboarding. If your app works independently for each person, use Individual onboarding.
- Communicate clearly with your network about what they can expect when they join via your link or invitation.
